Services

Coach Remi Ramon provides individual and group coaching for football players at the listed locations in the Bruges, Oudenburg and Diksmuide area. Session content and frequency are agreed upon between the parties.

Cancellations

Cancellation by the parent is free of charge when notified at least 48 hours before the scheduled session via the app or by email. Late cancellations or no-shows incur the full session fee, unless force majeure is demonstrated.

If the coach cancels a session due to illness, force majeure or other justified reasons, an alternative will be scheduled as soon as possible. No compensation is due.

Payment

Invoicing is handled outside the online platform, by separate agreement. Invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date.

Liability

Coach Remi Ramon is not liable for sports injuries or accidents occurring during training, unless proven gross negligence by the coach. The parent/guardian confirms the child is in good health and holds adequate sports insurance.

Governing law

Belgian law applies to these terms. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of First Instance of West Flanders (Bruges division).
